🎮 General Game Rules – CsGo.Play4Star.Com

🔒 The rules below apply to all players who join the server. Failure to comply may result in sanctions such as warnings, gag, slay, kick, or ban.

📌 1. General Behavior

1.1. Respect all players and staff members. Insults, offensive language, racism, or toxic behavior are not tolerated.
1.2. Do not use excessive vulgar language – gag or kick may be applied.
1.3. No chat or voice spam (repetitions, flood, advertising, excessive caps lock).
1.4. Jokes are fine, but constant trolling will be punished.
1.5. Advertising other servers / Discords / communities is strictly forbidden.
1.6. Admin commands like gag, slay, slap, kick must be used responsibly.
1.7. Any abuse of admin powers will be sanctioned based on internal rules.

🧠 2. Gameplay Rules

2.1. Play the objective! – CT must defuse the bomb, T must plant it.
2.2. Do not camp excessively without purpose (e.g., time-wasting).
2.3. No intentional teamkill / teamflash – instant punishment.
2.4. Using map bugs/glitches is forbidden.
2.5. AFK for more than 1 round = slay/kick (auto or by admin).
2.6. Retrying after gag is punishable by a 60-minute ban.

💸 Begging – Skins / Money / Crates / Keys

(Applies to CS 1.6 GO Remake server)

🔴 What is considered “begging”?

Repeated requests like “give me skin pls”, “anyone give me a key?”, “donate coins?”, etc.

Directly messaging players to ask for free items.

Spamming such requests even after being told to stop.

🚫 Basic Rules:

Do not beg for skins, money, keys, or crates from players or staff.

Do not insist after being refused or annoy others with repeated private messages.

Donations are optional, not mandatory – don’t turn the server into a marketplace.

⚠️ Suggested Sanctions:

🛡️ What can annoyed players do?

Use /mute name or /report name reason.

Take a screenshot or record a demo and report it to an admin or on the forum/Discord.

Avoid responding to provocations – let the staff handle it.

💬 Server Message (recommended auto-message):

❗ Begging for skins/money/crates is forbidden! Donations are voluntary. Respect others. You risk a gag / kick / ban.

3.1. All commands affecting gameplay/players must be used responsibly.
3.2. Abuse of commands will be sanctioned according to internal rules.

💬 4. Gag Command

Used to block chat or voice usage.

✅ Allowed for:

Flood, spam, ads

Excessive vulgar language

Repeated insults toward players/staff

Constant provocation/trolling

❌ Not allowed:

For personal reasons

Without prior warning (when possible)

Without proof (logs, demo, witnesses)

⚔️ 5. Slay Command

Kills a player during a round.

✅ Allowed when:

Player breaks round rules (e.g., excessive camping, griefing, teamkill)

Player is AFK and affecting gameplay

After warning was given and ignored

❌ Not allowed:

For fun or repeated “accidents”

On players who did not break rules

👋 6. Slap Command

Applies light damage / warning effect.

✅ Allowed for:

AFK alerts

Minor misbehavior (e.g., glitching, light trolling)

❌ Not allowed for:

Humiliation or for fun

As a punishment alternative

🦵 7. Kick Command

Temporarily removes a player from the server.

✅ Allowed for:

Continued toxic language, spam, or repeated offenses

Refusing to cooperate after several warnings

Excessive AFK harming gameplay

❌ Not allowed for:

No justified reason

Without prior warning (when possible)

Just because someone is “annoying” personally

📜 Admin Ban Commands – ban / banip / addban

🔐 9. Purpose

Used to temporarily or permanently block player access to maintain order and protect the community.

🚫 When to Use Ban:

❗ Cheating / Hacking (WH, Aimbot, Speedhack) – Permanent ban

🔞 Extreme vulgarity / racism – Temporary or permanent

🧨 Advertising other servers/websites – Permanent

🔁 Consistent rule-breaking despite warnings – Temporary

🎭 Impersonating staff, offensive nicknames – Temp/perma ban

⚠️ Ban Command Use:

/ban Name 30m reason – by name or ID

/banip – only in critical cases (multi-account, cheating)
⚠️ Use with caution; may affect others on the same network

/addban – to manually add a ban from logs/evidence

📌 Suggested Ban Duration:

⚠️ -Every ban gived need to have proof

📂 13. Evidence & Transparency

Admins must provide evidence (screenshot/demo/log) for bans over 1h or if contestable.

Players have the right to appeal bans on the forum or Discord.

❌ Forbidden Ban Practices

Ban with no reason or vague reasons ("bye", "go away")

Personal or accidental bans – punishable

Mass bans without review

Banip on public networks (schools, LANs) without permission

Lack of evidence = invalid ban + internal sanction

👮 Staff Accountability

All admins must follow this regulation

Ban abuse = warning → temp suspension → removal of rank

Higher staff may review or overturn bans in case of abuse

🚫 Cheats & Illegal Behavior

Any cheat (aimbot, wallhack, speedhack, etc.) = instant permaban

Exploit scripts (no recoil, bhop, strafe) are also considered cheats

Suspect a hacker? Report – do not spam chat

💼 Nicknames, Skins, and Accounts

Names must be readable, clean (no ads/offensive content)

No impersonating staff (e.g., "Admin", "Owner")

No obscene/offensive skins or tags

No farming via multi-account

🛡️ VIP / Skins / Drops

Abusing VIP commands (e.g., grenade spam, drop blocking) = punishment

Stealing drops/crates via blocking = punishable

Follow VIP rules – don't ruin others' gameplay

👮 Staff Behavior

Staff decisions must be respected. You may appeal later.

Report admin abuse with evidence.

No “ghosting” (giving info while dead)

Admins must not argue with players during gameplay
