"Play4Star Community Rules please take these rules seriously and follow them at all times to protect yourself from warnings, suspensions, and other penalties."
1. General Rules
1.1 We will never ask for your account password. If such information is ever required, it will only be requested through our official support channels and solely for the purpose of assisting you.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these rules at any time. It is your responsibility to review the rulebook regularly to stay informed of any changes.
1.3 By playing on our server, you automatically agree to follow and respect the rules established by our community. Failure to comply with these rules may result in sanctions, regardless of whether you claim to be unaware of them.
1.4 Abuse or any violation of these rules has serious consequences for all players, regardless of their access level:
- Staff members may receive a warning, downgrade, or even removal from the staff team.
- Regular players may receive a gag, slap, slay, kick, temporary ban, or permanent ban.
1.5 Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If the rules are violated, action will be taken against the account itself, regardless of who was using it at the time.
1.6 Donor players are not exempt from these rules. If they violate the regulations, they may receive a downgrade, suspension, or even removal of their privileges without any refund for previous purchases.
1.7 Once your purchased access has expired, we do not offer refunds. For administrative reasons, staff applications from the same player may only be accepted again after several weeks.
1.8 By continuing to play on our server, you acknowledge and accept all the rules outlined in this document.
1.9 Any items, rewards, or progress obtained through Bug Abuse will result in a wipe.
2.0 Every staff application must include a scan from one of the following services:
2.1 Definitions
Multi-Account – A player who creates or uses another account after their main account has been banned or blocked in order to bypass the punishment.
Beg – The act of repeatedly asking other players for money, XP, or other advantages after being warned that spamming chat or private messages with such requests is not allowed.
Retry – In CSGO Remake, "retry" refers to repeatedly reconnecting to the server after receiving a gag or mute in an attempt to bypass the punishment or disrupt gameplay.
2. Staff Rules
1.1 Every administrator must be connected to a Discord voice channel while they are online and active on the server.
1.2 Every administrator must keep their Discord status set to Online or Do Not Disturb (Busy) while on duty so players can easily contact them when assistance is needed. Offline or Invisible status is not permitted while serving as staff.
1.3 Start a map vote only during the last rounds of the current map or if the current map is too small or too large for the number of players.
1.4 A map change may only take place after a vote with at least three map choices. Use the amx_map "map" command only after the final round has finished.
1.5 Under no circumstances are you allowed to threaten another staff member, regardless of their rank. If you have an issue, contact the Management Team or submit a complaint through the designated support channel.
1.6 Use the ban command only in the following situations:
- The player is advertising another server or community.
- The player is using cheats or hacks.
- The player is using multiple accounts to bypass a ban.
- The player continues using inappropriate language after previously receiving a gag.
1.7 Use the unban command only under the following conditions:
- The ban was applied abusively or incorrectly by another administrator.
- The ban was issued by you.
- Never unban a player who was banned by an Owner or by the System.
1.8 After issuing a ban, you must update the ban list in the designated area with valid proof (screenshot, demo, or photo album link). Bans without evidence may result in consequences if a complaint is submitted.
1.9 Permanent bans are not recommended. Whenever possible, issue a temporary ban of up to 7 days instead.
2.0 Players who remain AFK (Away From Keyboard) and negatively affect gameplay may only receive a slay or be kicked when there are 30 or more players online simultaneously.
2.1 As an administrator, you are expected to remain active while connected. If you are busy with other tasks, please disconnect from the server.
2.2 You are not allowed to restrict weapons, grenades, or other gameplay features on your own initiative.
2.3 Treat every player equally. Favoritism or nepotism is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Players who ignore the objective (Terrorists planting the bomb / Counter-Terrorists defusing it) should first be instructed on what to do. If they refuse to cooperate, you may use amx_slap <name> 0.
2.5 If the behavior continues, you may use slay, but only during the last minute of the round.
2.6 Offensive language is not tolerated. Always behave professionally and respectfully.
2.7 If a player's nickname contains advertising, no action is required, as the server will handle it automatically. If the nickname contains offensive language, use the amx_nick command.
2.8 Players who abuse the retry command must receive a 30-minute ban.
2.9 Never apply administrative commands without a valid reason. Always analyze the situation carefully, consider the player's perspective, and consult other staff members if necessary.
3.0 Do not abuse the amx_say, amx_tsay, or y@ commands. These commands are intended only for important announcements or emergency situations, not for personal conversations.
3.1 Never use administrative commands on other administrators without a valid reason or as a joke. Doing so may result in serious consequences.
3.2 Remember that a significant number of our players are under the age of 13. Please be patient and understanding when dealing with them.
3.3 Under no circumstances are you allowed to advertise other game servers or communities.
3.4 Any abuse or action that may harm the server or its owner in any way will result in severe penalties applied to your account.
3.5 Players who use retry after receiving a gag may receive a 60-minute ban.
3.6 Do not kick players simply because they have high latency (ping). Many players connect from different countries, and high ping is sometimes unavoidable.
3.7 Always maintain a respectful, polite, and understandable manner of communication.
3.8 Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If the rules are violated, actions will be taken against the account itself, regardless of who was using it.
3.9 Event Staff members who fail to post the winners of their events or giveaways in the designated event/giveaway channel may receive a warning.
4.0 Event Staff members are not allowed to abuse the amx_give or amx_setskins commands. They are also forbidden from using these commands on themselves.
4.1 Event Staff members are not allowed to give away free skins or other items. Such rewards may only be distributed through official events or giveaways to the winners.
3. Player Rules (These rules also apply to the categories listed above.)
1.1 Do not make unreasonable demands or requests to administrators or other players.
1.2 If you suspect that someone is cheating, use say_team (u) + @ to report the player to the staff.
1.3 Maintain respectful and appropriate language at all times. Insults and offensive behavior are not tolerated.
1.4 During events, do not intentionally delay the game or waste time. Failure to participate properly may result in a Slay, Slap, or Kick.
1.5 Spamming or starting arguments is strictly prohibited.
1.6 Abusing the retry command is not allowed. Violators may receive a 60–120 minute ban.
1.7 Spectating is only permitted with the approval of an administrator and for a maximum of 10 minutes.
1.8 If you receive a gag and attempt to bypass it by using the retry command, you will receive a minimum 60-minute ban.
1.9 The use of cheats, hacks, scripts, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
2.0 Stealing or attempting to steal another player's account is strictly forbidden.
2.1 If your main account has been banned or suspended, you are not allowed to use another account. Doing so will result in a permanent ban.
2.2 Advertising other servers or communities is strictly prohibited. Violators may receive a 30-minute gag or a 7-day ban.
2.3 Account sharing is not allowed. If the rules are violated, action will be taken against the account itself, regardless of who was using it at the time. This may result in a full account wipe.
2.4 All new staff applicants must include a FunGun scan with their staff application. Applications submitted without a valid scan will be automatically rejected.
2.5 Players are not allowed to use Flashbangs on small maps such as awp_india, fy_snow, or similar map variants. Players caught violating this rule may receive a 3-day ban from an administrator.
4. Player Punishment
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, all players are expected to follow the server rules. Violations may result in the following punishments depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.
1.1 🟢 Warning
Issued for minor rule violations.
Examples:
- Minor spam.
- Inappropriate language.
- Disruptive behavior.
- Repetitive or unnecessary messages.
- Refusing to follow simple staff instructions.
1.2 🟡 Gag / Mute
Applied for chat or voice-related offenses.
Examples:
- Toxic behavior.
- Insults or harassment.
- Excessive spam.
- Racism or offensive remarks.
- Advertising other communities or servers.
⏳ Duration: 10 Minutes – 24 Hours
1.3 🟠 Kick
Used when a player refuses to follow the rules after receiving a warning.
Examples:
- Ignoring staff instructions.
- Intentionally disrupting gameplay.
- Repeated minor offenses.
- AFK abuse.
1.4🔴 Temporary Ban
Applied for serious rule violations.
Examples:
- Repeated toxic behavior.
- Griefing or trolling.
- Team killing (where applicable).
- Exploiting bugs or glitches.
- Inappropriate nickname or profile.
- Ban evasion.
⏳ Duration: 1 Day – 30 Days
1.5 ⛔ Permanent Ban
We recommend issuing a permanent ban only after the player's second or third serious offense.
Applied for severe or repeated rule violations.
Examples:
- Using cheats (Aimbot, Wallhack, Scripts, etc.).
- Using third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.
- DDoS attacks or any other attacks against the server.
- Threats or blackmail.
- Selling or buying accounts.
- Impersonating a staff member.
- Repeated ban evasion.
- Any action that seriously harms the Play4Star Community.
📌 Additional Information
⚠️ Punishments may be increased depending on the player's history.
⚠️ Staff members reserve the right to apply more severe punishments immediately in cases of serious rule violations.
⚠️ Attempting to evade a punishment by using alternative accounts will result in additional penalties.

5. # 🛡️ Staff Punishment
To maintain a professional and fair staff team, all administrators are expected to follow the rules below. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
1.1 🟢 Verbal Warning
Given for minor offenses.
Examples:
* Minor inactivity.
* Small mistakes while handling players.
* Incorrect use of staff commands.
* Forgetting to join the Discord voice channel while on duty.
* Minor unprofessional behavior.
1.2 🟡 Official Warning
Given after repeated minor offenses or a moderate rule violation.
Examples:
* Ignoring player reports.
* Poor communication with players.
* Abuse of chat or inappropriate language.
* Failure to follow staff procedures.
* Repeated inactivity without notice.

1.3 🟠 Final Warning
Issued before removal from the staff team.
Examples:
* Multiple official warnings.
* Staff disrespect.
* Abuse of administrative commands.
* False punishments.
* Leaking internal staff information.
1.4 🔴 Staff Removal
Immediate removal from the staff team.
Reasons include:
* Cheating or using hacks.
* Abuse of administrative powers.
* Corruption or favoritism.
* Sharing confidential staff information.
* Toxic behavior towards players or staff.
* Ban evasion or assisting rule breakers.
* Selling staff privileges.
* Serious misconduct that damages the community.
1.5 # 📋 Warning Expiration
🟢 Verbal Warning — 7 Days
🟡 Official Warning — 14 Days
🟠 Final Warning — 30 Days
Staff members who show professionalism and remain violation-free during the expiration period may have their warnings removed.
