I am applying because I believe that I could be a good and responsible staff member. I have experience as an admin/junior moderator in discord servers ranging from 60 to 5000 members, and have been a moderator on a minecraft server as well. From this, I have gained knowledge on how to talk to people, handle reports, enforce punishments, and keep my cool when things get heated.
I know that being a staff member isn't just about kicking players around, it's also about being there for them, as well as helping and answering questions if they need anything.
I also understand that if I become one, I have to listen to directions from the senior staff team, and abide by the rules they set.
I believe that the experience I have, as well as the positive attitude I have towards helping others, would make me a good fit for staff in this server. If i get accepted, I will try my best to uphold the staff team's standards, and will do my best to be respectful and helpful to the players, and to the rest of the staff team.

I want to become an admin because I like to see our community being active, friendly, and fair. I will assist the players, enforce the rules when needed, and make this server a better place for everyone.What can you contribute to the community/team?
I am able to bring previous moderation experience, patience, and communication skills with players and other moderators to the position. I can assist in answering questions, handling rule violations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that players are treated fairly and feel comfortable.
