My skins are gone

I havent been here for at least 2 weeks didnt have the time and ive lost all of my inventory which took me over to months to gather can i have a reason why did that happen is it a glitch

After update all people skins get wiped

In Order to Apply new updates without any buggs we wiped everyone s inventory.
